Like many non-profit charitable organizations, Easter Seals relies on the core strengths of its volunteers in all of the communities where we reside to help us raise funds and awareness for kids with physical disabilities. Easter Seals Ontario (Windsor-Essex) will be enforcing safety protocols for all attendees of this event according to public health requirements set forth by the Province of Ontario, City of Windsor and local Windsor-Essex County Health Unit (WECHU). This includes but is not limited to proof of vaccination along with valid photo identification, collection of contact tracing information, mask requirements, use of plexiglass or shields and hand sanitization stations.

Health and safety protocols will be as current as the time of delivery of the event; For current provincial guidelines on entry requirements, please refer to https://covid-19.ontario.ca/proof-covid-19-vaccination. All attendees, staff, officers, exhibitors, special guests, sponsors and volunteers who fail to follow public health policies (each day of the show) will not be granted entry to the premises at daily check-in (registration).
