Easter Seals Ontario is now in its 99th year of being a champion for children and youth with physical disabilities from all ethnic and religious backgrounds within the communities of Windsor-Essex and across the province.
Its roots emerged from Rotary locally with thanks to The Rotary Club of Windsor (1918) and its past president, Arthur C. Fitzgerald onto whom led the way as several Rotary Clubs aligned on November 28, 1922 at the Prince Edward Hotel; site of Scotiabank (388 Ouellette Ave. Windsor, Ontario) today who spearheaded the founding organization, The Ontario Society for Crippled Children.
